Ingredients:
1 oz Top Shelf Gin
1 oz Luxardo Maraschino
5 dashes Top Shelf Allspice Bitters
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange Ribbon (Garnish)
Directions: • In a mixing glass add all ingredients, ice and stir for ten seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and spritz with oils from the orange ribbon. Garnish with orange ribbon.

• 1 oz Top Shelf Gin
• 1 oz Lillet Blanc
• 1 oz Campari
• 5 Dashes Top Shelf Blueberry Bitters
• Thyme
• Blueberries
• A Torch
Garnish: Thyme Sprig, Blueberries
Glassware: Rocks Glass
Instructions:
Torch the loose thyme sprigs and place under rocks glass. In a mixing glass add all other ingredients (except garnish) and ice. Stir the contents of the mixing glass for 10 seconds. Place a large ice cube inside the smoke filled glass and strain the contents of the mixing glass over the large ice cube. Garnish with thyme and one blueberry.
