Amber maple syrup is made in the heart of spring. With the melting of snow and warmer temperatures, maple sap is transformed and gives Amber maple syrup a richer, caramelized taste than Golden Maple syrup.
It is a very versatile syrup. It can be used in finishing or for cooking.
