Sugar loaf is the traditional way of preserving maple syrup. Our ancestors boiled maple syrup longer, crystallized it and poured it into wooden pans. All year they crushed or grated it and used it to replace the sugar. You can grate it on yogurt, ice cream or hot oatmeal.

Each loaf is 250g
