This chocolate bar is a complex balance of Mayan spices with just a hint of heat.
It's made from single-origin Trinitario cacao, cultivated by growers in the northern Dominican Republic.

Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place (between 10˚C and 22˚C). Keep the chocolate away from heat, and direct sunlight. Chocolate can pick up the scents of what’s around it, so we recommend keeping it in an airtight container.
