Project Timing, Payment, and Delivery Information

Custom projects can take from 4-10 weeks for completion, after a 50% deposit to confirm your order. The balance payment is due when the project is finished, and ready for pickup or delivery. Door-to-door delivery within Ottawa is $60+, while typical table installation (including felt footing) is an additional $30+. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom.
