As food lovers, Maritime Madness is about as hardcore as they come. Inspired to create the perfect pairing for any food, Amiel Leblanc created Maritime Madness in 2002 to bring his passion for food and sauce together. Since then, they have expanded their business to include 35 sauces and counting!
