Dodie Ellenbogen launched this delicious soda company in 2018. The County Bounty was first an organic vegetable farm operating in Prince Edward County, with a focus on CSA and restaurant sales. However, one season Dodie was tasked with creatively using the last flat of strawberries before they spoiled; and learned to make cordial!
This endeavour led Dodie to explore the world of cordials and sodas with unique and fresh flavour combinations, using local ingredients. Using end-of-season produce that would normally be thrown away helps divert food waste and create a delicious and hyperlocal product. The County Bounty uses as much Ontario-grown produce as possible.
