Angiels Art

Angiels Art is a combined project of husband-and-wife team by Anna & Piotr Angiel. They transform a love for nature and art into modern landscape embroidery kits. Anna has a background in interior design, and Piotr a geologist. Both Anna & Pitor have an appreciation for the outdoors and photography. During the pandemic they were searching for a new project. Anna used her design skills to transform Piotr’s photos from their scenic walks and hikes into works of art; using embroidery floss!

Based in Calgary, Alberta, and inspired by the Canadian Rockies, they turn their landscape photography and sketches into intricate embroidery designs that capture the beauty of mountain valleys, glacial lakes, and wildflowers. Sharing these designs as DIY embroidery kits allows others to experience the benefits of crafting– and to popularize embroidery as a cool & modern hobby. Plus people get to enjoy a beautiful work of art in your own home.
