Mya named each of the original Kokom Scrunchies after Indigenous role models in her life - the word Kokom means Grandmother. She hopes to also inspire others in her journey. What started off as an idea, has taken Mya on path of bringing Kokom Scrunchies to everyone, young and old.

Burn time: 80+ hours
Things to remember: the first burn is the most important! Soy has a memory, so the first burn will set the tone for the rest of its candle life. You want your candle to be off to a good start in life – so remember to allow the wax pool to reach the edge of the glass on the first burn – but don’t let it burn too long. Candles shouldn’t be burned longer than 3-4 hours at a time, the wick should always be trimmed to ¼ inch long between burns, and candles should never be burned near another heat source (yes this includes other candles – keep them at least 6 inches apart!). Oh, and keep that candle on a heat safe surface, away from drafts, children, and pets!
