This mustard will overwhelm you with a sweet maple flavour when you first taste it, and then the chili kicks in at the finish. Try it, you’ll like it! As always, David and Sons uses maple syrup sourced locally from Ormbee’s in Battersea, Ontario – and in this mustard they used lots of maple syrup!

Mustard is not only good on sandwiches, it’s also a versatile ingredient that can add a deeper flavour to many dishes. Try a new mustard for a spin on a classic dish or as a new favourite condiment that will have you reaching for mustard over ketchup any day.
