An homage to the marriage of chili and chocolate that’s a traditional favorite flavour pairing across Central and South America. This bar uses a blend of dried chilies, Mayan forest garden allspice, and a pinch of Zapotec sea salt in a mid-range 75% dark chocolate.
Cacao 75% Weight 75g
Ingredients: cacao, raw cane sugar, cacao butter, sea salt, five chili blend, achiote, allspice.
Free of gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, additives, and preservatives.
This product is: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy-Fee, Nut Free and Soy Free.
Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place (between 10˚C and 22˚C). Keep the chocolate away from heat, and direct sunlight. Chocolate can pick up the scents of what’s around it, so we recommend keeping it in an airtight container.
