Infused into every jar is premium lemon oil, freshly squeezed Organic Meyer Lemon juice plus Organic Meyer Lemon rind prepared by hand at The Heritage Bee Co. The triple lemon combination is blended into 100% Ontario wildflower creamed honey for an extraordinary treat.

Heritage Bee Co are chemical-free and antibiotic-free beekeepers, resulting in honey as nature intended - essentially organic. They are proud beekeepers! They do not import any honey, nor blend with any honey outside their own professionally managed apiaries. The apiaries are surrounded by wildflower meadows, nearby Provincially-protected wetlands, and Ontario's Niagara Escarpment - a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Also miles away from commercial agriculture. A dream sanctuary for honeybees!
