This tasty honey is the perfect alternative to jam, with no added sugars and pure high quality ingredients.
Heritage Bee searched for the world's best figs to pair with this 100% Ontario Wildflower honey. The result? California mission figs were the chosen for this versatile spread - with a splash of orange for a sophisticated and all-natural honey. Can be used with cheese boards, salad dressings, roasting, can be used as a filling for cake, pastries, & pies. Spread on fresh toast or bagels combined with your favourite cheese. Great as a topping for ice cream.
Heritage Bee Co are chemical-free and antibiotic-free beekeepers, resulting in honey as nature intended - essentially organic. They are proud beekeepers! They do not import any honey, nor blend with any honey outside their own professionally managed apiaries. The apiaries are surrounded by wildflower meadows, nearby Provincially-protected wetlands, and Ontario's Niagara Escarpment - a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Also miles away from commercial agriculture. A dream sanctuary for honeybees!
