This chipotle maple hot sauce is the love story between maple syrup and chipotle pepper. A perfect hybrid between barbecue and spicy sauce.
The syrup comes from an artisanal, family maple grove in Saint Raymond de Portneuf, Quebec.
The chipotle pepper is smoked for several days in the heights of Oaxaca, Mexico. Traditionally, as the Aztecs once did.
Perfect on ribs, bbq, hamburgers... fire up the barbeque and get cooking!
Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dried chili (chipotle, ancho, guajillo), fermented chili (chili, water, sea salt), black garlic, sea salt, onion powder, cumin, cinnamon , allspice, cloves, ginger powder
