Allspice (noun) a term coined by English explorers in the 17th century as they thought the dried unripe fruit of the Pimenta Dioica combined the flavour of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.
The sweet, spicy and warming notes of Top Shelf Deftly-Ground Allspice Bitters add depth to classic cocktails like the Ol’ Fashioned with its desirable blend of allspice corns, orange peel, dried ginger and cinchona bark.
Top Shelf Distillers firmly believes in local sourcing. Located in Ontario's agricultural hub, they use ingredients from within a 1-hour driving radius from the distillery. Here's a recipe to start you off
'Allspice Martinez'
Ingredients:
1 oz Top Shelf Gin
1 oz Luxardo Maraschino
5 dashes Top Shelf Allspice Bitters
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Orange Ribbon (Garnish)
Directions: • In a mixing glass add all ingredients, ice and stir for ten seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass and spritz with oils from the orange ribbon. Garnish with orange ribbon.

Here's a recipe to start you off
‘Start your En-Gin’
Ingredients:
• ¾ oz. Top Shelf Gin
• ¾ oz. Reunion Wild Blueberry Moonshine
• ½ oz. Lemon Juice
• 4-5 dashes Top Shelf Lavender Bitters
• 2 oz. Cowbell Kelly's Contraption Hefeweizen
• Blueberries and/or Fresh Lavender (garnish)
Preparation:
• In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Top Shelf Gin, Reunion Wild Blueberry Moonshine, Lemon Juice, and Lavender Bitters.
• Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
• In a glass, add Kelly's Contraption Hefeweizen.
• Top off glass with ice.
• Strain contents of the cocktail shaker into glass.
• Garnish with fresh blueberries and fresh lavender.

How to Make:
Fill · Empty package into a jar & add 12oz (1.5 cups) of vodka or water.
Fuse · Seal it up & refrigerate. Fuse for 3 days. Or for an instant infusion microwave for 3 minutes (check every 30 seconds to not boil). Let cool.
Sip · Shake & strain into 1.5oz shots & top with 3oz sparkling wine, 1oz of sparkling water & ice.
