Hand Turned Viking Bowl

Our Turn Woodcraft

Modelled after an actual relic bowl found from the lost Vikings, who used such bowls to drink their homemade meade (honey wine). These hand-turned Viking Bowls are made using old-world techniques and high quality hardwoods, such as mahogany, cherry, walnut, and maple. The makers, Shirley and David Stapley, traveled to Ireland to learn from the masters, and are active members of the Ottawa Valley Woodturners!

Made by Our Turn Woodcraft in North Gower, Ontario
