Michael McEachern began making fudge & other candies as a way to pay for university back in 1978, as he got his engineering degree from Ryerson University. After graduating, it became a career & Michael opened up stores all across Canada with these truly delicious treats. As the business steadily grew in 1993 Michael partnered with Rhys Carter to continue expanding the business.
Now they focus mainly on wholesale for fudge, candies, chocolates, brittles & more; but even with expansion they stay true to their roots of making the freshest treats. Everything is still handmade and done on traditional marble counter tops!
