Tucked away in a backyard studio in the Wellington West neighbourhood of Ottawa, Jane has been making pottery there since 2002.
Making, designing and promoting craft has been a constant in my life. I was privileged to work with craftspeople in East Africa and south-east Asia for 10 years. Now I bring those influences into the pottery I make in Ottawa.
Since taking pottery courses in university, my hands have never been far from clay. I love making pieces that bring joy into the lives of others.
