Justly Made Tea

Vancouver, British Columbia

2012

Together we are providing fair and sustainable wages for tea farming families.

After a trip to Kenya, Grayson, Paul and Ian decided to work directly with Kenyan Tea farmers to provide a living wage, and created Kenya's first farmer-owned Artisanal Tea factory. Since then, the teams have been working hard in both Kenya and Canada to produce high quality, ethical teas.

JusTea is proud to have created sustainable employment for youth and women in rural Kenya, all while partnering with Women's Herbal Tea Co-Op, where over 80% of employees are women. They also employ over 50 different woodworking families through the sales of the hand carved wooden spoons that are included in the tea trios.
