Kinsip

Kinsip is a craft distillery in Prince Edward County dedicated to creating creative products that are excellent to mix or sip, helping bring families and friends together to celebrate life’s moments small and grand.  Family is at the core of the farm-based distillery with four founders - a sister and brother (Sarah and Michael) and their partners (Jeremiah and Maria). Both families have young children who love working together at the farm.

Prince Edward County maple syrup from Nyman Farms is lovingly aged in whisky barrels (for six months!) producing a unique and decadent product that is excellent in cocktails, on ice cream, in cooking and, of course, on pancakes.
