On a mission to sweeten the world with chocolate, Shelley Wallace created Truffle Pig Chocolate to bring sustainable, fair trade chocolate to the world. Paying farmers a premium above market prices for wildly grown, pesticide free cocoa, you can taste the difference in every chocolate.
While on a trip to Nicaragua to visit her supply chain, Wallace says "My job is not to save Nicaragua. My job is to sell more chocolate to people with a conscience and help Nicaragua save itself."
