Whaaat? Studio first came into existence as a way to celebrate Canada’s most infamous dish: the poutine. Stephane Pham, Studio's founder, wanted to create the ultimate gift for poutine lovers and visiting foodies.

From this idea came the rest of the Casse-Croûte line, which delivers a “who’s who” of notoriously delicious Canadian foods, including the classic smoked meat sandwich and the one-of a kind Montreal bagel.
