This 47% Cacao Milk Chocolate bar is Truffle pig's creamiest bar ever filled with roasted cashew butter!
The wildly grown cacao comes directly from farmers: once harvested, the beans are fermented for a week, then dried for another week. Once completely dry, they clean the beans, hot air roast them like coffee, before finally getting de-shelled. Simply put, this is art. It's also why they don't need to add any crazy flavours, just their chocolate has enough!
Ingredients: Cane sugar, Nicaragua cocoa, Cashew Butter, Nicaragua cocoa butter, whole milk powder, coconut oil, sunflower lecithin.
