A blend of Ontario sweet and sour cherries creates this delicate balance of bitter and sweet with a subtle sour note. A bar essential, cherry will compliment your manhattan or dress up a non-alcoholic drink with a drop or two. Sauces, salad dressings, and baking can all benefit from a creative use of our bitters as well.
