Designed with the wonderful Mason Bees in mind! The "faux-wood" exterior is meant to imitate the natural wood they seek for building nests (discouraging the common deck-dwelling nests in our backyard). Welcome them warmly into your backyard with a cozy new home to use year after year!

Did you know these non-aggressive bees are excellent pollinators? They collect pollen to feed their larvae, which they lay in tubes and then seal with mud. These homes give them a protected place for their larvae.

Place your Bee House in a dry, sunny, protected spot early in the spring. The bees will lay their eggs in the tubes to mature over the summer. Come Winter, they will stay in their home and wait for the upcoming Spring to repeat the cycle.

Each Bee House is handcrafted using natural stoneware and fired to 2000*F, making it entirely weatherproof. They will maintain their beauty in ice, snow or intense heat. No fading, no cracking.

Measures approximately 8” x 5.75".

Natural white stoneware mounted on a sustainable bamboo wood platform.

Includes natural wood and cardboard tubes.
