This anatomical heart planter is made from hand poured concrete and it takes your plant decor to the next level. Makes for the perfect gift for the houseplant enthusiast or gardener in your life.
All items are made from concrete with recycled pieces then sealed with concrete sealer. Air bubbles occur naturally in concrete creating natural imperfections.
Dimensions are approx. 3" H x 3" W x 3"L
This planter is perfect for small to medium air plants and is intended for decorative use only, as there are no drainage holes. Pairs perfectly with with an air plant, succulent or cactus.
Plant sold separately. Click here to add an air plant to your order (it will look so cute!). Plants are available for in-store or curbside pick up only (so you can pick your perfect plant)! All plant sales are final.
