Hummingbird Chocolate Makers took creamy 55% dark milk chocolate and infused it with Earl Grey tea to replicate a London Fog in bar form.

INGREDIENTS: : Organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic cacao, milk powder, black tea, bergamot oil vanilla, salt.

ALLERGENS: CONTAINS MILK. May contain nuts, peanuts.

Cacao 60% Weight 60g

This product is: Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Soy-Free. Most of the ingredients are organic, but the products and facility are not certified organic. Products may be listed as dairy and nut free, but the production facility is not dairy-free or nut-free.

Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place (between 10˚C and 22˚C). Keep the chocolate away from heat, and direct sunlight. Chocolate can pick up the scents of what’s around it, so we recommend keeping it in an airtight container.
