The pillowcase shows the counties of Lanark, Frontenac and Leeds; among the areas commonly referred to as the Rideau Lakes. The span of this 1944 county map is great - from Amherst Island in the West to Wolfe, Howe and the beginning of the Thousand Islands in the East. Major attraction lakes such as Loughborough, Sharbot and Rideau are clearly marked as well as the city of Kingston and Gananoque.
