This 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate has fruity notes and a complexity that will change the way you eat chocolate, then they added almonds and sea salt!
The wildly grown cacao comes directly from farmers: once harvested, the beans are fermented for a week, then dried for another week. Once completely dry, they clean the beans, hot air roast them like coffee, before finally getting de-shelled. Simply put, this is art. It's also why they don't need to add any crazy flavours, just their chocolate has enough!
Ingredients: Nicaragua cocoa, cane sugar, coconut oil, almonds, Nicaragua cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, sea salt.
