This award winning chocolate bar is Berry Good with a Salty Tang.
A fruit forward taste explosion, fueled by the lovely tang of Canadian Sea Salt crafted by Vancouver Island Salt Co. (one of the few in North America that hand-harvests sea salt). The cool Pacific waters create something extraordinarily unique and delicious. The salt unlocks hidden flavours in the chocolate and sharpens existing notes. You are going to love what it does to this (already) delicious chocolate.
Fleur de Sel is made from single-origin Trinitario cacao, cultivated by growers in the northern Dominican Republic.

Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place (between 10˚C and 22˚C). Keep the chocolate away from heat, and direct sunlight. Chocolate can pick up the scents of what’s around it, so we recommend keeping it in an airtight container.
