Product Details
A northern Italian style, this medium roast develops richer cacao and caramel notes. The addition of some natural beans (dried with the coffee cherry intact) fills out the mid-palate with ripe and dried fruit flavours. Optimized for extraction as an espresso or base for latte or cappuccino, this balanced profile can also be enjoyed as a drip or French press.
It is roasted fresh weekly by ChocoSol Traders. ChocoSol’s goal with their coffee has always been to support the regeneration of the forest gardens of Oaxaca, to celebrate the Indigenous communal land producers of high-quality altitude coffee of Oaxaca, and to offer customers in Ontario a fair and accessible price on a coffee that is good for “mind, body, and soil.”
